Order

1. LAB-APARATY company accepts orders in writing only.
2. Orders should be submitted via e-mail to the address info@labaparaty.pl, or fax, to the number 0048/58-742-11-29.
3. For ordering, please provide the following information:
   - model,
   - the quantity,
   - customer infrmations (ie name, e-mail address or phone number), used for contacting at formal matters. 
4. The devices are delivered by courier companies after consultation with the Purchaser. Shipping prices depends on the weight, dimensions of the device and are determined individually for each order.
5. Payment for the order is executed by the Purchaser in the form of pre-peyment by bank transfer to the following bank acounts:
   for payment in EUR - no. 80 1020 1811 0000 0402 0220 5201 conducted by PKO BP SA 3 Department of Gdansk, SWIFT:BPKOPLPW.
   for payment in PLN - no. 60 1020 1811 0000 0902 0091 0463 conducted by PKO BP SA 3 Department of Gdansk.
6. Products with this offer are supplied with the manuals in English, German, or Polish - depending on the model.
7. Goods will be sent to the Purchaser immediately upon confirmation of receipt of funds in the above mentioned account.

Warranty rules

1. The warranty period for the used equipments is determined for a particular equipment and can be from a few days to a few months from the date of sale.
2. For new equipment the warranty period specified the manufacturer. Typically it is 12 months.
3. The warranty covers, at the option of the seller free of charge repair, or replacement of the equipment that is malfunctioning.
4. Equipment under warranty must be delivered to the LAB-APARATY company.
5. All complaints are dealt only on the basis of VAT invoices.
6. The warranty does not cover:
   - mechanical damage and caused by these defects
   - damage caused by grid failures or lightnings
   - damage caused by the use of equipment in a manner inconsistent with the purpose
7. The buyer loses the right to a guarantee in the case of changes in the design and making repairs out of the service of the LAB-APARATY, or if in the product in any way changed or damaged serial numbers or warranty stickers.
8. The liability of the seller to the purchaser is limited to the value of the product determined by the retail price suggested by the dealer of purchase day and does not cover damage due to its failure or malfunction.
9. In case the service find no defects in products, the buyer bears the cost of laboratory testing, as well as costs related to transportation.
   
   Legal basis: Civil Code (str.577-582), the Council of Ministers Regulation on detailed conditions for the conclusion and performance of contracts of sale of goods to a consumer (OJ 64/95 item. 328).
